Dominic Grillo

Dominic Grillo is an experienced leader in the field of technical success, currently serving as the Head of Technical Success at OpenAI since October 2023, where responsibilities include scaling a global team of customer-facing engineers. Prior to OpenAI, Dominic held the position of Head of Global Deployed Engineering and Solutions Engineering at Retool from January 2023 to October 2023, overseeing technical roles in pre and post-sales. At Stripe from August 2019 to January 2023, Dominic built and scaled a foundational Solutions Architecture team across multiple geographies. Earlier career roles include Interim Head of Banking as a Service Sales at Box, where as VP of Global Solutions Engineering, leadership extended to a diverse global team. Dominic also contributed significantly to Laserfiche in various engineering and sales roles, as well as held positions in sales at Ta Chen International. Dominic holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
