Elaine Sullivan

Elaine (Wolfe) Sullivan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and transactions. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Leasing and Transactions at OpenAI, Elaine has held prominent roles at major companies including Salesforce as Director of Real Estate Compliance and Twitter where Elaine progressed through several leadership positions, culminating as Senior Director of Global Leasing & Planning. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE and Property Manager at Equity Office Properties/Jones Lang LaSalle. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for further education. Additionally, Elaine is a Registered Professional Architect (RPA) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
