Leigh Ann Montano

Leigh Ann Montano (Heagle) currently serves in Executive Operations at OpenAI, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Leigh Ann held various senior executive assistant positions at Airtable from December 2020 to October 2023, including supporting the Co-Founder and the Chief Product Officer. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Uber from March 2016 to December 2020 and as an Executive Assistant at Twitter from January 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities included supporting the CTO and VP of Engineering.
