Frank Jackson

Frank Jackson has extensive experience in software engineering and project management, currently serving as Manager of Delivery Operations and previously holding multiple roles at OpenArc, LLC since September 2015. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at NCR Corporation from April 1998 to September 2015 as a POS Software Engineer II, where Frank designed and developed features for the ScanMaster Point-of-Sale application used in 2700 grocery stores nationwide. Frank also contributed to RCS as a founding member of the Quality Assurance Department and as a Software Support Engineer at Retail Control Systems, where technical support and issue resolution for grocery store operations were key responsibilities.
