Seerp Leistra

Seerp Leistra serves as the Bestuursvoorzitter at Museum Belvedere since August 2023 and is a Partner at Vanderkruijs, specializing in executive search since December 2022. Leistra has held leadership positions at the Fryske Akademy as Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht since February 2017, and at Stichting LF2028 as a member of the raad van toezicht since July 2020. Additionally, Leistra is the Honorair Consul for Hungary since 2015, a member of the Raad van Toezicht for Openbaar Onderwijs Groningen since November 2017, and a bestuurslid at Stichting Beringer Hazewinkel since 2008. As the Voorzitter of the Aurora Festival since September 2019 and the former Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht for Oerol Festival from December 2013 to July 2023, Leistra has contributed significantly to cultural initiatives. Leistra’s previous experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Boer & Croon from February 2002 to March 2022. Academic credentials include a Drs. degree in Dutch Language and Literature from the University of Groningen, completed between 1974 and 1982.
