Marta Moncosi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Openbravo since January 2007, where the focus is on agile and innovative omnichannel retail solutions. Prior to this role, Marta held positions as In-house Recruiter and HR Generalist at Gamesa Eólica and as HR Generalist at Ingersoll Rand. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Children and Youth Psychology from AEPCCC, Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching, and a Master in Human Resources Management from Asociación de la Industria Navarra, among other training and certifications. Marta also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Deusto.
