Scott Reynolds

Scott Reynolds currently serves as the Sr Director of Customer Operations at Opencare.com since May 2021, having previously held the position of Sr Manager in the same department. Prior to this role, Scott was the Director of Client Services at clevr for a brief period from November 2020 to April 2021. Scott's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Customer Experience at The Campfire Collective from November 2015 to November 2020, and as the Contact Centre & QA/QC Manager at Parsons Canada Ltd. from July 2011 to November 2015. Earlier roles included Customer Service Manager at Lufthansa GlobalTeleSales and Client Services & Operations Manager at Teleperformance. Scott holds a degree in Public Administration with a focus on Management from Athabasca University and a degree in Information Systems from Loyalist College.
