Rob Adkin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Director of Partnerships and Client Relationship Director at Opencast since April 2022, Rob previously held key roles at Citizens Advice from November 2018 to April 2022, including Head of Strategic Programmes in the Design, Data & Technology directorate, where strategic change initiatives and operational alignment were prioritized. Rob's earlier experience includes managing customer experience projects at John Lewis, strategic development roles, and a background in operational project management. Rob began a military career as a Captain in The King's Royal Hussars after graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Education includes a degree from Durham University and attendance at Bedford School.
