Kate Pierre

Kate Pierre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate started their career at Marks and Spencer as a Graduate Management Trainee and later worked as a Customer Service, Recruitment & Training Advisor. Kate then moved on to UNIQLO, where they served as a Store Manager and later as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, Kate joined iTech Media as the Head Of People Operations, where they played a significant role in the company's success in the online media industry. Kate also worked as an interim People Manager at 7digital before joining OpenCorporates in 2019 as the Head of People. Kate then transitioned to Volume Up Digital in 2020 for the same role.

Kate Pierre earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from London Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Personality & Ability Assessment from The British Psychological Society in May 2018 and in Human Resources Management - Foundation degree from CIPD in April 2015.
