Sebastien Liagre

Sebastien Liagre is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Opendatasoft since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sebastien held the position of SVP Corporate Development Strategy, Ops, Investor Relations, and member of EXCOM at LumApps from July 2020 to January 2025, where key achievements included managing the Bridgepoint investment and leading M&A and ISV alliance strategies. Sebastien's earlier experience includes roles as M&A Deal Manager at Thales and Gemalto, where responsibilities encompassed managing acquisition processes and investor relations. Additional roles include equity research positions at CM-CIC Securities and ODDO BHF, and an early career training position at bioMérieux. Sebastien holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESDES and has further education from institutions like Marshall University and Universidad Católica Argentina.
