Embedded Software Engineer at Opener

Bodhi Connolly started their work experience in 2013 as a Camera Operator for Gold Coast Titans, where they operated cameras for live broadcasts of football games. In 2013, they also worked as a Research Officer at Griffith University, assisting researchers with data management and statistical analysis. In 2014, they became a Summer Research Assistant at The University of Queensland, developing learning tools for modern classrooms.

In 2015, Connolly joined agAlytics as a Developer, where they worked on developing and patenting a computer vision-based soil testing system. Bodhi then interned as a Business Development Intern at Urbem Media (HK) Limited in 2017, and in 2018, they worked as a Product Manager/Software Engineer at Griffith University, training deep learning models to detect and identify fish in underwater videos.

Later in 2018, Connolly became an Embedded Software Engineer at Opener. Bodhi is responsible for designing and developing software products. Additionally, in 2016, they founded Dispatch Media, a digital media services company specializing in technology-based startups and small businesses, where they served as the Director with a hands-on role in managing the business and projects.

Bodhi Connolly completed their high school education at All Saints Anglican School from 2008 to 2013. In 2014, they enrolled at The University of Queensland and pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2017. During their time at university, in 2016, Bodhi also briefly attended Northeastern University, where they studied Computer Science. Additionally, in November 2013, they obtained a Certificate III in Media from Work Skills.
