Ken Karklin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pivotal, where the company has achieved a leading position in the global market for human-piloted electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ken Karklin held various senior positions at AeroVironment from April 2009 to February 2022, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, managing full P&L responsibilities across multiple product lines and operations. Ken Karklin's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Advantest, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard Company, and Intel Corporation, along with military service as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army. Ken Karklin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, and additional education from Harvard Business School.
