Daphne Shtarker has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2007 as the East Coast Regional Coordinator for StandWithUs. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Marketing Research Intern at Fisher-Price, where they participated in numerous research projects. In 2009, they joined Rich Products Corporation as the Manager of the North American Business Group, completing rotations in various marketing divisions.

In 2011, Daphne became a Marketing Consultant at LiftOff, where they provided expertise in channel marketing programs, pricing strategy, and online presence. Then, in 2021, they became the Director of Strategy (Healthcare) at ENTRADA. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Global Brand Marketing at OpenEye, Cadence Molecular Sciences.

From 2003 to 2006, Daphne Shtarker attended the University at Buffalo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their fields of study were Economics and Judaic Studies.

In 2019, they earned the Tableau Desktop Certified Associate certification from Tableau Software, as well as the Visual Story & Design certification from Duarte. In 2018, they acquired the CRM SME certification from Pipedrive. In 2020, they completed the Eloqua Master Certification offered by Eloqua. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the Great Demo! and Doing Discovery Practitioner certification from Great Demo!
