Richard Walker is a Finance and Risk Manager at Openfield Agriculture Ltd, where Richard has been working since January 2004. Prior to this, Richard served as a Finance and Logistics Manager at Penguin Random House from October 1999 to January 2004. Richard graduated from Northumbria University in 1999 with a degree in Accounting and Finance, and holds ACCA qualifications from Newcastle University. In their current role, Richard supervises a team of 19 employees, overseeing finance and logistics operations.

We were formed in November 2008 but our history is long, successful and goes back to 1907 and the Southern Counties Agricultural Trading Society. We aim to give unparalleled levels of service, value and choice to both out farmer members and are some of the biggest and most well known food and drink manufacturers who are our customers.
