Rob Young

Mr. Young is a Managing Director in the firm’s Los Angeles office where he is responsible for technology-related mergers and acquisitions activities.

Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Young was a Vice President with Marlin Equity Partners. During his 10 years at Marlin, Mr. Young served as a member of that firm’s lower middle market investment funds evaluating and executing investments across the technology spectrum including divestitures, growth equity transactions, and recapitalization.

Mr. Young earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
