Stephen Morrison is a seasoned engineering manager with over two decades of experience in software development and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Opengear since November 2018, Stephen leads multiple cross-functional teams to deliver a centralized device management solution and is driving cloud-based test infrastructure improvements. Previously, Stephen spent 13 years at CSG, where roles included Lead Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer, leading distributed teams to develop new SaaS products and ensuring feature delivery with a focus on automated testing. Earlier career experience includes software engineering roles at Nortel, focusing on CDMA Base Station Management and Mobile Location Center products. Stephen holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Information Technology from The University of Queensland.
