Raj Vardhan Singh

Raj Vardhan Singh is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Construction Manager at Openhouse since March 2020, responsible for the construction of seven modern learning centers across Bangalore and Kolkata. Prior to this, Raj was the Transformation Lead at OYO LIFE, managing the conversion of potential properties into OYO Life properties with a focus on effective timelines and stakeholder engagement. Experience also includes a role as Engineer - Planning & Coordination at Bengal Emami Housing Limited, where responsibilities involved project scheduling and construction oversight of residential towers. Raj completed an Advanced Construction Management degree from NICMAR University and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Acharya Institute of Technology. Early career experience includes internships and roles at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate and Swastik Construction.
