Kaitlyn Zender has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2009, they started their career at Staples as a Cashier, where they worked until 2012. From 2011 to 2011, they had an internship at Kabam. Kaitlyn then moved on to The Mitchel Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Administrator from 2012 to 2013 and later became a Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2014. Since 2014, Kaitlyn has been employed at OPENLANE, initially serving as a Human Resources Business Partner until 2017. Kaitlyn then became a Human Resources Manager, supporting a remote workforce and a growing office team, until 2020. At present, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at OPENLANE.
Kaitlyn Zender obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Business from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2008 to 2012. Kaitlyn also possesses a Change Management Certification from SHRM, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
