Prior roles include Senior Salesforce Developer at vantagecloud and a Team Lead position at Transition Technologies - Managed Services, where Umer focused on the analysis, design, and customization of Salesforce projects. Umer's background also includes implementations of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds at Tectonic, and a role as a Database Administrator at Rocket Internet. Umer holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, complemented by additional master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration from Karachi University.
