Abhishek Jain has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and business analysis. Abhishek started their career in 2016 as a Business Analyst at EXL, where they collected, interpreted, and analyzed data from various sources using SQL queries. Abhishek collaborated with Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting tools and dashboards. In 2018, they joined British Gas as a Consultant, where they analyzed customer data using SQL queries and presented monthly reports on key insights. Abhishek also worked on a data visualization project using PowerBI. Abhishek then worked as a Postgraduate Tutor in Data Analytics at University College Cork from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Openmind Networks from 2022. Abhishek has demonstrated a strong analytical and data-driven approach throughout their career.
Abhishek Jain completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI" from edX and "Apache Spark (TM) SQL for Data Analysts" from Coursera. Abhishek is currently pursuing an MSc in Business Information and Analytics Systems at University College Cork, which they began in 2021 and is expected to finish in 2022.
