Fiammetta Ruiz Martínez

Fiammetta Ruiz Martínez is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a focus on organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Opera since August 2018, Fiammetta has previously held positions such as Organizational Development Specialist at Posadas, where responsibilities included talent assessment methodology and managing a 360° feedback program.
