Monica Vale is an experienced professional with a diverse background in animal care, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as an Animal Care Technician at Operation Kindness since April 2023, Monica previously held positions such as Sr. Consultant at DelCor Technology Solutions and Sr. Software Business Analyst at Charity Engine. Monica's earlier roles include Implementation Project Manager at Higher Logic and various positions at the Society of Petroleum Engineers, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Regional Activities Specialist to Interim Gulf Coast Section Manager. Prior experience also includes retail management and sales roles at Skechers and Bath & Body Works, as well as a marketing internship at Chugg Entertainment. Monica completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a focus on International Business from Texas A&M University in 2010.

Our mission is to create a kinder world for pets and the people who love them by providing lifesaving care, innovative programs and community resources. Operation Kindness is a pioneer in Texas for assisting animals in need of veterinary care, companionship and most of all, a home. We operate a lifesaving animal shelter in Carrollton, TX. In addition to pet adoptions and lifesaving medical care, our programs provide foster care for vulnerable animals, resources for pet parents, affordable veterinary services for community pets, a pet food pantry and volunteer opportunities.
