Kim S. is currently the Chief of Staff for Strategic Finance at ServiceNow and a member of the Operators Guild, as well as an Advisory Council member for the Harvard Business Review. Previous experience includes serving as an Advisory Board Member for UC Irvine, Chief of Staff at Automation Anywhere, and Senior Director of Operations at Ontera, where Kim led significant growth. Early career roles at Plantronics involved various positions in product management and finance, contributing to product lifecycle management and achieving profitability milestones. Kim holds an MBA from LSU Shreveport and completed a postgraduate program in AI for Decision Making at Wharton Online.
