Todd Rakow

Todd Rakow is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance & Operations at Gladly since October 2019. Rakow has been involved with Operators Guild since September 2017, contributing as a Steering Committee member, Mentor, and Group Lead, which focuses on finance and operations leaders in the tech industry. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Development at UKG from October 2016 to September 2019, Co-Founder and CFO of Kanjoya, Inc. until its acquisition by UKG, and Senior Operations & Strategy Manager at PayPal. Earlier experience encompasses positions at MIT Sloan School of Management and Lehman Brothers, as well as roles at Fidelity Investments and Wells Capital Management. Rakow holds a BS in Management from Purdue University and furthered education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
