Lawrence J. Saylor

Lawrence J. Saylor has extensive experience in technical support and product customization, currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at OPEX Corporation since July 2017. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked at Oki Data Americas, Inc. from March 1986 to December 2016, where responsibilities included providing advanced Tier 3+ support for a variety of printers, managing testing and certification labs, and collaborating with software quality assurance teams to improve processes. Lawrence holds an Electronics-Computer Technology Diploma from Star Technical Institute and has completed self-study for the CompTIA A+ certification.
