Mary serves as Director of Human Resources (HR), Facilities Security Officer (FSO), and member of the senior leadership team at OPEXUS. In her role, she leads all aspects of HR strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee experience. Prior to OPEXUS, Mary led HR for a medical practice in the DC area.
Mary is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources). She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and has been a resident of Frederick, MD for more than 30 years.
