Arvind Kumar Merwah

Arvind Kumar Merwah possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Home Mentors since January 2025 and Global Head of Procurement and Logistics at Roam since November 2021, Arvind is also the Founder of ItIsWhatItIs.in, launched in January 2022. Previously, Arvind was the Managing Director of Ignixion Design Pvt. Ltd from June 2013 to May 2019, providing turnkey solutions for showroom fit outs, with a client roster that includes renowned brands like Spykar Jeans and Levi's. As Managing Partner at Grass Roots (India) from September 2013 to November 2016, Arvind was the Master Franchisee for Mattel Toys (India) Pvt. Ltd. In addition, Arvind held director roles at MCAC Solutions and Mohan Commercial Agencies General Trading & Contracting Co. Ltd earlier in the career. Arvind completed education at the Indian School Kuwait from 1981 to 1990.
