Joseph Ndolo

Joseph Ndolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Technical Manager at Roam since June 2018. In this role, Joseph leads a team of 13 QA/QC professionals to uphold production quality for electric motorcycles, ensuring compliance with ISO and CE standards. Joseph has demonstrated expertise in process optimization by developing a comprehensive quality management system and enhancing lithium-ion battery inspection criteria. Prior positions at Roam include Quality Assurance Engineer and Product Development and Product Validation Engineer, where Joseph focused on scalable manufacturing processes. Joseph also founded and directed the Cadetisation Education Centre from June 2015 to August 2017, emphasizing academic excellence. Academic credentials include a Micro Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Principles of Manufacturing, a course program in Lean Production from the Technical University of Munich, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya.
