Louisa del Valle has worked in the customer success and business development fields since 2018. Louisa began their career as a Customer Success Manager at Reflektive, where they also held a Business Development role. Louisa then moved to PagerDuty in 2019, where they served as a Customer Success Manager and Principal Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they joined OpsLevel as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Louisa del Valle attended Seattle Preparatory School, followed by Loyola Marymount University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Louisa also holds two certifications from PagerDuty: Certified Incident Responder (obtained in February 2021) and PagerDuty Foundational Practitioner (obtained in October 2020).
