Dani Katz is a seasoned actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors. Dani is currently the Co-founder and Director at Optalitix Ltd, focusing on predictive analysis and customer insights through cloud-based software. As the Founder of Optim Analytics, Dani provides actuarial consulting in general insurance, specializing in claims management and capital modelling. Previously, Dani served as Corporate Actuary at PruHealth, overseeing corporate valuations and developing retention strategies, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson - Tillinghast, providing life insurance consulting. Dani's career also includes a role as Divisional Manager in Risk Management at Discovery Holdings, where corporate valuations were a key focus. Dani holds a Bachelor of Economic Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
