Bobbin Thomas has extensive experience in network engineering and support, currently serving as a Route/Switch Engineer at Optanix since February 2016 and at ShoreGroup since February 2015. Prior experience includes an Infrastructure Support Specialist role at Air Products, where responsibilities encompassed managing global data networks, coordinating site installations, and enhancing network security. Previous positions at Comcast involved maintenance and troubleshooting of core routers and video equipment, as well as technical support for customer accounts. Bobbin began a career in technical support at the Federal Reserve Information Technology, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.
