Andrew DeLaMare has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Andrew started their career in 2010 as a Language Instructor at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, UT, where they taught Russian to new missionaries and helped them improve their communication skills. In the same year, they also worked as a Design Assistant at BYU Independent Study.

In 2012, Andrew joined OptConnect, where they have held various positions. Andrew started as a Sales Director focused on key accounts and played a crucial role in significantly growing annual revenues in multiple markets over the past seven years. Andrew was then promoted to Director of Strategic Accounts, where they continued to foster important relationships and leverage the company's competitive advantages to provide top-notch customer service. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Operations, displaying their ongoing career growth and commitment to the company.

Throughout their work experience, Andrew has demonstrated their ability to adapt and excel in different roles and industries.

Andrew DeLaMare completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Ensign College from 2006 to 2010. Andrew then pursued a degree in Russian at Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2012. Most recently, they attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2017.
