Gregory Smith has work experience as an IoT Software Engineer at OptConnect since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Panasonic from January 2015 to April 2018 as a Software Engineer, where they gained experience working on the OpenDOF and CSTKit products. At Panasonic, Gregory started on the small devices team writing C library code and later transitioned to the cloud services team writing Java. Gregory was involved in various projects and developed expertise in web technologies such as MySQL, Angular2, AWS (ec2, s3, rds), bash, json, and yaml.
From 2012 to 2017, Gregory Smith attended the University of Utah, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science.
