TJ Carter has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of sales and customer care. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at OptConnect, initially as the Director of Customer Care, then as the Director of Partner Success, and currently as the Director of Channel Sales. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they were employed at Grant Victor as the Director of Customer Care. Before these roles, from 2007 to 2015, TJ worked at ATMequipment.com, where they served as the Service Dept. Manager and later as the Business Development Manager. In their role as Service Dept. Manager, TJ successfully established and expanded the Service Department, overseeing a team of repair technicians and providing technical support to customers.
