Nicki Brazeau, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 2008 to 2021, they served as the Human Resources, Accounting & Payroll Manager at The William Fall Group. In 2021, they joined Opteon USA as the Director of Human Resources, and later in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President.
Nicki Brazeau holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Management (MSOM) from Kettering University. Nicki also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UT and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from The University of Toledo.
