OptifiNow

OptifiNow started out a single product offering in 2001 — they delivered personalized sales communication via digital print. As the options for marketers to communicate with customers expanded, so did OptifiNow's Sales Enablement & Automation solution. As the web exploded with new social media offerings, it was becoming clear that buyerswere increasingly educating themselves on their problems/needs becoming more informed than ever. With more educated buyers the role of the sales force has changed.OptifiNow was created out of the needs of their clients to address this rapid change. The other key tenant that grew out of their customer’s needs was the overwhelming agreement to keep the software robust yet user friendly — in other words, create software that people want to use.
