Robbie Wentzell is a seasoned professional in business development and customer relations, currently serving as the Business Development & Customer Relations Manager at Optima Office since April 2022, where Outsourced Accounting, Fractional CFO, and COO services along with Human Resources Support are provided to nearly 300 clients primarily on the West Coast. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager & Logistics Manager at Global Gifting from March 2019 to April 2022, focusing on corporate-gifting events globally, and Valet Attendant at South Point Hotel Casino Spa from May 2015 to January 2019, within a prominent Las Vegas resort. Robbie also gained experience as a Business Intern at Sherwin-Williams in the summer of 2017. Robbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed in May 2018.

We serve close to 300 companies across the United States but are mostly focused on the West Coast. At least half of our work is onsite at our clients, although many of our team members work remotely as needed. We bill on an hourly basis for our time and are highly flexible with our client’s needs.
