Jan Thor has extensive experience in quality assurance and system engineering, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH since September 2008. Prior to this role, Jan worked as an OSS/BSS System and Test Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 2000 to 2008. Jan holds a degree from the University of Applied Sciences Leipzig, completed in 2000, and also studied at St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications in 1999.
