Sven Hoffmann has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Sven started their career in 1998 as a Projektleiter / -entwickler at debis Systemhaus GEI GmbH. Sven then moved to T-Systems as a Projektleiter / Berater in 2001. In 2007, Sven joined OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH, where they initially worked as a Consultant / Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to DB Systel GmbH as an IT-Projektleiter. Eventually, in 2016, Sven returned to OPTIMAL SYSTEMS GmbH as a Teamleiter Consulting, and currently holds the position of Head of Product Management since November 2019.
Sven Hoffmann obtained a Diplom Dokumentar degree in Informationswissenschaft (Archiv, Bibliothek, Dokumentation) from the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam from 1994 to 1998. Sven also holds certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from BadgeCert. Additionally, they have certifications in CompTIA CDIA+ Certified Document Imaging Architect and ITIL Foundation.
