Paul Price

Paul Price has extensive experience as a legal professional, with a focus on providing counsel and guidance in various areas of business, including strategy, operations, employment, transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters. Paul has held key leadership roles in managing business and legal affairs, including business development and strategic partnerships. In addition, they have experience in defending product liability claims, general liability claims, and professional liability claims, as well as representing employers in wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Paul has also provided general counsel services for companies, including drafting agreements, managing teams, and advising clients.

Paul Price completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Paul then pursued further education at Southwestern Law School from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law, particularly in the areas of transactional, technology, and entertainment.
