Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Project Manager at The HCI Group from January 2016 to July 2016, specializing in go-live and command center logistics planning and support. Gwen also has experience as a Project Engagement Manager at Huntzinger in 2015, and as a Manager, Device and Hardware Support at Duke Health Technology Solutions from August 2013 to 2014. During their time at Duke Health Technology Solutions, they also held roles as a Team Lead for the Clindoc Team MaestroCare and as a Manager for the Clinical Applications & Safety Team (CAST). Gwen's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, personnel management, clinical informatics, and healthcare technology implementations.
