Shai Frank serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and General Manager for the Americas at Optimove, a company focused on empowering brands to achieve personalization and maximize customer loyalty. Before joining Optimove in October 2018, Shai held the position of Vice President of Product Management at ClickDimensions, where significant contributions included building the product organization and establishing a data-driven decision-making culture. Shai's career also includes roles as Product Manager for General Motors' OnStar Connected Car platform and AGT International, where expertise in managing large-scale B2B products and leading cross-functional teams was demonstrated. Early experience in the Israeli Air Force as a UAV Operator and Team Commander set the foundation for Shai's technical acumen. Educational background includes an MBA and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.
