Kristi Kinney

Kristi joined Option Technologies in 1993 and has served in several roles throughout her career with the company, including Sales and Communications Associate, Training Coordinator and Director of Client Services. She is currently the Vice President of Product Operations and is responsible for designing and editing the on-line help systems for new software products, developing training curriculum and materials, and managing the help desk. She holds bachelor degrees in International Relations, Political Science and German.
