Phillida Mason is a seasoned professional in international development and public health, currently serving as a Programme Delivery Advisor at Options Consultancy Services since February 2021, after holding roles as Programme Manager and Programme Delivery Officer. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Independent Consultant focusing on adolescent sexual reproductive health and mental health programmes in Ghana and Nigeria. Previously, Mason worked as an Assistant Programme Manager at Options Consultancy Services, leading initiatives on adolescent health and the prevention of female genital mutilation across multiple African countries. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator for the MamaYe Programme at Abt Associates in Australia. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Diploma in Development Practice from The University of Queensland, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and International Relations and Politics from Griffith University.
