Trina W. is an accomplished leader in total rewards and HR operations, currently serving as Vice President at Optiv since September 2021, where responsibilities include the strategic design and development of total rewards and HRIS. Previously, Trina held the role of Director of Total Rewards at Vertafore and served as Sr. Director of Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition for Einstein Noah Restaurant Group and Caribou Coffee Company, overseeing talent acquisition for nearly 700 corporate stores. Trina’s extensive HR experience also includes roles in compensation, benefits, and recruiting across various organizations, including UDR, Inc. and Sage Hospitality Resources. Trina W. graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University and studied at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.
