Asif Ali is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources (OD) at Optix Fiber since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Deputy Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Asif worked at Clive Shoes as an Assistant Manager focusing on performance management and the development of KPIs and Balanced Scorecards from August 2021 to August 2023. Additional experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Starlet Shoes, specializing in performance management and learning and development, as well as a Senior Executive role in Human Resources at Nizam Sons (Pvt Ltd). Academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Management from the University of Management and Technology and a Master of Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab.
