That’s why we’ve invested in providing numerous additional services based on our community’s needs. From VoIP, to broadband and individual bespoke training sessions; we offer many options allowing you to pick and choose what you want, when you want. We have no sales team – choosing to focus on our product and the Optix community. Optix has no initial license fees and no restrictive contract – our users stay because they choose to and together we improve our system. That’s why all Optix users are subscribed to our forum where they engage with other practices, seeking expertise or providing us with product suggestions. We also host an annual Optix conference, where hundreds of users gather for an informative few days out of the office, complete with celebrity speakers, musical performances and the latest Optix updates. The future will bring many changes and enhancements to our software, but one thing that will never change is our dedication to existing customers and to helping them succeed.
