Lily Lawson has a range of work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. Lily started their career as a Company Secretary at NICHOLSON JEWELLERS LIMITED from June 2011 to April 2014. In June 2018, they worked as a Business Consultant at Santander UK for a short period of one month. From September 2018 to July 2019, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Jack Wills. In September 2019, they joined Inward Revenue Consulting as a Marketing, PR, and Content Executive, where they worked until July 2020. Currently, they are employed at Optix Software Ltd as a Software Support and Trainer, starting from July 2020.
Lily Lawson attended York College, York UK from 2012 to 2014. Lily subsequently enrolled at Northumbria University from 2014 to 2018, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business Management. In 2016, they briefly attended EDHEC Business School for further studies in International Business. In 2017, they also had a short-term enrollment at IDRAC Business School to pursue studies in International Business.

That’s why we have a team of Optix experts ready to help you at every hurdle. This is the same team that will be installing your system; delivering training sessions and answering our support line whenever you need us. There’s more to running a business than just a good management system and we understand that as you grow, your needs will change. That’s why we’ve invested in providing numerous additional services based on our community’s needs. From VoIP, to broadband and individual bespoke training sessions; we offer many options allowing you to pick and choose what you want, when you want. We have no sales team – choosing to focus on our product and the Optix community. Optix has no initial license fees and no restrictive contract – our users stay because they choose to and together we improve our system. That’s why all Optix users are subscribed to our forum where they engage with other practices, seeking expertise or providing us with product suggestions. We also host an annual Optix conference, where hundreds of users gather for an informative few days out of the office, complete with celebrity speakers, musical performances and the latest Optix updates. The future will bring many changes and enhancements to our software, but one thing that will never change is our dedication to existing customers and to helping them succeed.
