Thomas Foster has extensive experience in communications and project management within the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for Internal Communications at Optum Serve since May 2019, Thomas has held multiple roles, including Director of Communications and NPS Program Manager. Prior to Optum, roles included Marketing and Media Relations Manager at Glow in the Deke, where successful promotion of a fundraising event attracted 2,000 participants, and Special Events Coordinator at Hope Lives Foundation, managing fundraising galas for cancer patients. Thomas began a career at Logistics Health Incorporated, contributing to marketing and project management, achieving notable successes such as the launch of a redesigned intranet and implementation of livestreaming technology. Thomas holds a degree in Marketing and Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned in 2016.
