Daniel Figgins is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer at Optus since December 2022. Previously, Daniel held multiple roles at Optus Inc from June 2015 to July 2022, including Strategic Accounts Supervisor, Service Delivery Supervisor, and National Account Representative. Prior to their tenure at Optus, Daniel worked at Dish Network from June 2011 to June 2015 as a Field Service Manager and Field Service Specialist. Daniel holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Arkansas Northeastern College, completed in 2012, and has additional education from Arkansas State University from 2010 to 2012.
